Welcome to Mystery Dog! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mystery Dog mobile application (the "Service") provided by RIVAT TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD., a company registered in Thailand with registration number 0105563076783 ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and details how we collect and use your data.
Mystery Dog is a mobile application designed to help users discover and share information about pet-friendly locations, such as cafes, parks, hotels, and other establishments throughout Thailand.
While we aim for our Service to be accessible to all pet lovers, you must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Service. If you are under the age of 20 (the legal age of majority in Thailand), you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service and agree to these Terms.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without such consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Please contact us at contact@privatus.tech if you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13.
To use the Service, you must register for an account using a third-party service such as Google, Apple, or Facebook. By doing so, you authorize us to access and use certain account information from that service, including your name and age.
After initial registration, we will ask you to provide your 'role in the pet family' (e.g., "pet mom," "pet dad"). You may also voluntarily provide additional optional information, such as your address, lifestyle choices, and details about your pets (e.g., name, age, breed).
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Service allows you to submit, post, and share content, specifically in the form of written reviews and accompanying photos for locations ("User Content").
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to publish the User Content you submit, and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
License Grant: By posting User Content, you grant RIVAT TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, copy, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or edit User Content at our sole discretion.
The Service provides information about third-party businesses and locations ("Locations").
Data Source: Much of the initial information about these Locations is sourced from third-party application programming interfaces (APIs), including the Google Places API. As such, your use of this information is also subject to the relevant terms of service of these third-party providers.
Disclaimer: Information about Locations may not be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Pet-friendly policies can change without notice. We strongly recommend you contact any Location directly to confirm their policies before visiting.
No Endorsement: The inclusion of a Location in the Service, including any promoted or sponsored listings, does not imply our endorsement or affiliation with that Location.
Claiming or Removing a Listing: If you are the owner or authorized representative of a Location listed on our Service and you wish to update or remove your listing, please contact us with proof of ownership or authorization at contact@mysterydog.app. We will process your request promptly.
The Service may include in-app advertising, promoted listings, and partnerships with third-party businesses. We may also offer certain enhanced features through a paid subscription ("Premium Features").
Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your mobile application store's subscription management page.
Advertisements: You acknowledge and agree that the Service may contain advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers found on or through the Service are solely between you and such advertisers.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Service without our express prior permission.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its "look and feel," source code, trademarks, logos, and content provided by us, are and will remain the exclusive property of RIVAT TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process within the application.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIVAT TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
